VE Day - or 'Victory in Europe Day' - marks the day towards the end of World War Two (WW2) when fighting against Nazi Germany in Europe came to an end, on 8 May 1945. My quick march tries to encapsualte the mood of the people in those times as they celebrated the end of a long war with Germany and Japan.
An arrangement of several popular American military marching songs, arranged for Concert/Wind Band, based on P.B. Smiths arrangement; but arranged with no access to his score and parts resulting in a new setting of mine from memory.
A new and exciting march for Concert Band entitled ''The Lost Patrol'', written in Mcleod Ganj, Indian Himalayas over Christmas 2012. The march attempts to portray an army patrol walking through a jungle and getting lost.

A super march for St. Patrick’s Day arranged for Concert Band, featuring several well known Irish songs; which will get your audience dancing in the aisles! Thanks to Peter Bernard Smith MBE, for the inspiration. PB was my first Army Bandmaster, and was a brilliant Flautist, Conductor, Composer & Arranger.
The Royal Hussar is an original ceremonial slow march of mine, suitable for indoor or outdoor performance. Having spent over 25 years in the British Army & Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary as Principal Director of Music & Chief Instructor, I needed a change from Golden Spurs, Royal Salute & Coburg! My regiment was the Queen's Royal Irish Hussars a British Army Cavalry Regiment.
This march is based on traditional melodies from Telemark in Southern Norway. Telemark is famous in Norway, for the operation during the 2nd world war; which resulted in the bombing of the heavy water plant in Rujkan.

A new march entitled ''Kokoda Campaign'', dedicated to the Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels, and Australian soldiers of the 39th; who defeated the Japanese soldiers on the Kokoda Trail during the 2nd World War.
A video from Japan, when I led the band of the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary on a concert tour to Osaka & Kobe, raising funds for the Aitape Relief Fund, donated to the PNG Red Cross in Port Moresby 1n 1998.
